Add days
Calendar days cross the weekend. Business days use the same holiday switch as the business-day counter.
How it works
Adding one calendar day to 31 January lands on 1 February. The arithmetic uses civil dates, so a daylight-saving transition cannot skip a day.
Business-day addition does not count the start date. “One business day from Friday” lands on Monday when Monday is not a holiday.

Can I add a negative number?
The page accepts zero and positive counts. To look backward, start from the earlier date.
Does the start date count as day one?
Not for business days. It does for the sense of “this date plus N calendar days”.
Which holidays are skipped?
Only if you enable the US federal list. Otherwise only weekends are skipped.
